What inspired you to start Pay Solutions? Working in a payroll environment at a company my Boss always said we had to do our very best – as this was an easy department to outsource. So, on retrenchment – I remembered this an started Pay Solutions.
What was the moment you knew you wanted to open the business? Retrenchment.
How would you describe Pay Solutions in your own words? We are a one stop payroll department, from capturing monthly payroll changes, to uploading Nett Pay and all other payment to the bank for payment. SARS monthly, mid-year and annual returns. COIDA returns. We are your one-stop shop!
What sets Pay Solutions apart from competitors? Our clients become our values friends and friends look after friends.
Which values or principles guide the way you operate Pay Solutions? Always doing our very best and ensuring that accuracy is our main concern.
What is something people would be surprised to learn about running the business? We are now on our 24th Year. We also process payrolls in East Africa.
Where do you see Pay Solutions in five years? Hopefully we will go from strength to strength.
What advice would you give to someone trying to start a new business? Just hang in there.
