Following the lifting of the state of disaster on 5 April 2022, the Covid regulations are currently as follows:
- masks to be worn indoors in any public venue including workplaces and public transport
- gatherings of 50% of a venue’s capacity permitted, on condition that a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test (less than 72 hours) is provided on entry
- gatherings to a maximum of 1000 people indoors, or 2000 people outdoors permitted where no vaccination certificate or PCR test is requirement for entry, or where capacity remains for smaller venues
