COIDA Return
Injuries on duty happen, no matter how careful Employers are and how compliant Employers are with the Occupational Health and Safety Act in their Organisation. Employees are human and accidents do happen. And when they do, Employers had best be ready.
All Employers are legally required to be registered with the Compensation Fund and pay an annual assessment fee based on their workers’ earnings and the risks associated with the type of work they are performing.
The COIDA return has to be completed and returned to The Compensation Commissioner by 31 March each year.
